Vladimir brings a rich tapestry of his life experiences to his law practice. After graduating with honors from Naval Engineering Institute, he went to serve as a naval officer. Upon completing several tours of duty, Vladimir launched a career in computer engineering. While challenging and enjoyable, it was an imperfect fit with Vladimir's ideals. Wanting to find a way to serve others that complemented his background and knowledge, he turned to law.
After receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School, Vladimir was admitted to the state bars of New York, New Jersey, Florida, and the patent bar (USPTO).
Vladimir Tsirkin is counseling clients on employment, personal injuries, and intellectual property matters. He is a litigator representing clients in court actions involving claims of personal injuries, employment discrimination, as well as copyright and trademark infringement at the trial and appellate level.

Even though the law allows for up to 2 years for victim's families to file for wrongful death claims or up to 4 years to file personal injury lawsuits, the time frame immediately after the accident is critical since all of the evidence leading up to the crash can still be preserved.
If you contact a pedestrian accident lawyer right now, you can help identify witnesses and other pieces of crucial evidence that could play a central role in your case.
